Oodles and More Pty Ltd ( Oodles and More by Vivienne and Rupert) requests that you adhere to and accept the following terms and conditions.

I agree to for my credit card details as well as any other personal information to be stored within Oodles and More Pty Ltd’s online portal for as long as the company shall require, and I agree to update Oodles and More Pty Ltd when any of my personal information changes.

I acknowledge that in signing this page I agree to Oodles and More Pty Ltd charging my credit card upon delivery of service, for all services mutually agreed upon if payment has not been made previously. I understand that Oodles and More Pty Ltd reserve the right to withdraw any promotions, discounts, change prices, and make changes to service offerings without notice.

I give consent for any photos or videos taken by Oodles and More Pty Ltd of my dog(s) while on company premises to be in the ownership of the company, and I understand that such media may be used in promotional material including but not limited to postings on Instagram and Facebook.

I agree to inform Oodles and More Pty Ltd of any information necessary in ensuring the health and safety of my dog during the company’s care.

I acknowledge that my dog is not a ‘fence-jumper’, is in good health, is up to date with all relevant vaccinations (C5 or C3 plus Kennel Cough Vaccination), is up to date with heart worm and flea protection, has never displayed aggressive or threatening behaviour, either to humans, or other dogs. I agree that this information provided to Oodles and More Pty Ltd to be truthful, and provided to the company to the best of my knowledge, and I agree to inform the company of any changes of information as soon as possible.

I agree to provide the company with a copy of my dogs up to date vaccination certificate, and I agree to provide Oodles and More Pty Ltd with any updates or changes to such certificate as soon as possible. I understand that even if my dog is vaccinated against Kennel Cough, there is a chance that my dog(s) can still contract Kennel Cough, and I agree to not hold Oodles and More Pty Ltd responsible shall my dog contract Kennel Cough during their time on company premises.

I understand that in the event that my dog displays any sign of aggression, threatening behaviour, fence jumping, Kennel Cough, flea infestation, worms, or any other infectious or contagious symptoms, I will be contacted, that my dog may be isolated, and that I may need to pick my dog up immediately and that no refunds will be provided. In order to ensure my dogs wellbeing, I agree to my dog going into quiet areas for rest where necessary of which will be at the staffs discretion.

I understand that my dogs enrolment at Oodles and More Pty Ltd is up to the discretion of the company, and that the company reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog the company feels is a threat to another dog or human being, is in too-poor-a-health, or is not suited to the daycare environment.

I understand that my dog will be in a off lead in an open play area. I understand that during normal dog play and agility, dogs may sustain slight injuries. All dog play is monitored at Oodles and More Pty Ltd to avoid injury, however scratches, punctures, torn ligaments and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

In the case of an emergency I understand and agree to Oodles and More seeking immediate vet care with the closest and most readily available vet. I give consent for Oodles and More to act on the advice of a registered vet. I understand that I am responsible for any costs incurred and agree to arrange payment with the vet. I understand that a staff member of Oodles and More Pty Ltd will contact me as soon as possible to inform me of any potential emergency.

I understand and agree to be responsible (including bearing all potential financial responsibility) for any harm caused by my dog to any other dog, staff member, patron or contractor. I agree to indemnify and hold Oodles and More Pty Ltd harmless against any potential claims made against the company, or any potential losses or damages suffered as a result of my dog.

In the event that my dog is harmed, injured or loses life while at their time at Oodles and More Pty Ltd, I will not hold Oodles and More Pty Ltd responsible.

I agree to my dog receiving treats/food during their day and agree in advance to inform Ooodles and More Pty Ltd of any known allergies/intolerances prior to service, and will not hold Oodles and More Pty Ltd responsible shall my dog have an allergic reaction or negative consequence from such treats.

I have read ts and cs and understand the risks involved with sending my dog to doggy daycare. I understand that Oodles and More Pty Ltd do the best to mitigate such risks.

I release oodles and more, it’s employees, and other patrons from all liability. Including legal and medical expenses I am aware of the 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday hours and agree to a $10 payment for every 10 minutes late to pickup that I am after 615pm.

I understand and acknowledge that Oodles and More Pty Ltd will always do their best to cater for my dog’s health and safety, and that the company will always make any necessary decisions based on the information that has been provided by myself including but not limited to information regarding representation that my dog is in good health, has not shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards another person or dog and is not a fence jumper, and with the dogs wellbeing in mind.
