Smaller/medium dogs can often feel intimidated, unsafe, stressed or anxious when placed in environments with bigger dogs, or may not feel comfortable in the uncontrolled setting of a dog park, which is why at Oodles and More, we’ve created a doggy daycare catering to our favourite little rock star doggies.

Dog Day Care Requirements
In order to ensure paramount safety at Oodles and More, we do have a few simple requirements for each of our puppy visitors.
To ensure safety, harmony, and the best experience for all dogs, we require:
Trial Day First
Every new dog begins with a trial day.Desexing Policy
Intact males over 6 months undergo a behaviour assessment during trial day.
Intact females over 6 months can attend when not in heat; a waiver is required (text us 0420904662).
Vaccination Certificate
All dogs must provide a valid vaccination record (C5 or C3 + Kennel Cough). Key vaccines include Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Canine Cough.Behaviour Standards
Aggression toward people or other dogs is not suitable for daycare. If your dog exhibits aggressive behaviour, we can refer you to a behaviour specialist but cannot accept them for day-care.Breed & Size Policy
For safety and balance, we limit accepted breeds/size. (E.g. we currently do not accept bully or working breeds) Please contact us for clarity.Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings must be confirmed by 9 am on the day you wish to attend.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made by 11:59 pm the night before to avoid charges or forfeiting credits.
Payment must be settled before drop-off (in person or via our online portal).

How do I book a trial?
We offer a free trial day for your pups first day.
For first timers, we recommend a drop off of between 7am and 8am to give your pup the best opportunity to settle in well for a great fun-filled day, however, drop off before 9am is also absolutely fine.

After daycare, you can expect your pup to be a little more thirsty, tired and smelly than usual. This is all a normal part of daycare and a natural part of their fun day!
What breeds do you cater to and do you separate dogs based on size?
We accept all smaller breeds 16kg and under, and any oodle x breed, or spaniel up to 20kg.
Please note that we do not accept ‘Bully’ breeds or ‘Working’ dog breeds.

Can I come for a tour?
We have great videos and photos of our premises on our Facebook and Instagram.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes! (C5 OR C3 plus CC). This includes vaccination against Canine Cough, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. Please ensure that your dog is up to date with their vaccinations and that you have a copy of such vaccination certificate (contact your vet for a copy if you don’t have one available). If you’re not sure if your pup has had all of their relevant vaccinations email us a copy of the vaccination cert that you have to fun@oodlesandmore.com for us to check over it for you.
Can I pack lunch for my dog?
We provide healthy treats through the day as specified below, however due to dog allergies we aren’t able to feed dogs owner supplied lunch. We are able to feed your dog a Lyka lunch provided by us for a $20 fee.
What treats do you provide?
At Oodles, unless otherwise specified, we use a combination on any given day of doggy peanut butter, doggy yoghurt, dog friendly fruits and vegetables as well as Pluto and Ally dried fish and plant based treats. If your dog may be allergic or if you would prefer for your pup to go without treats please let us know at dropoff.
Can my dog attend if not desexed?
As the vet recommended age for desexing some dog breeds has increased to 12 months old, we have updated our policy on desexing in line with this.
If you have an un-desexed male dog over the age of 6 months, they will be subject to our trial day behavioural testing.
If you have an un-desexed female dog over the age of 6 months, we are more than happy to have your dog at daycare outside of their heat cycle (wait two weeks after end of heat), we just ask that you sign our waiver and let us know when your dog is over 6 months old and yet to be desexed.
Do you accept puppies?
We accept puppies a week from when they’ve had their 3rd vaccination. This is usually administered around the 14-16 week old mark.
Do I need to book?
All daycare bookings are to be made and finalised by 9am on the day of which you wish to attend. All cancellations are to be made by 11:59pm the night prior to your booked daycare date or full payment or credit will be forfeited.
Does my dog need to do a behavioural test prior to daycare?
No! We have professional processes in place to slowly introduce your dog into the Oodles and More world to ensure they feel safe and secure.
What if my dog is sick?
Any dogs who turn up to daycare sick will be sent home.
We pride ourselves with strict cleaning procedures and medical grade cleaning products to ensure that we maintain a healthy environment.
Do you offer discounts?
Our prices include a very high level of care and service to all of our daycare dogs, including a temperature controlled environment, ever-changing enrichment activities, and regular themed days , thus, our prices are fixed, however are available to the account holder and not specific to each individual dog. Eg if you have two dogs, our packs can be used for both dogs visits.
Oodles and More is, and aims to be an affordable daycare option for parents, with the goal to help give as many Brisbane dogs the best experience away from home as possible.
We also offer a $25 first trial day special for all new dogs to ensure they are suited to daycare and enjoy their visit with us before you commit to the regular/casual rates.
Do you supply videos and photos?
Yes absolutely! We know that keeping up to date with your dogs day can be the most exciting part of your day! We upload plenty of pics and videos to IG and FB to keep you engaged and privy to your pups adventure through the day. Please note that while we do d0 our very best, we aren’t always able to capture each dogs day through videos and photos. If you would like to guaranteed videos/photos of your dog please book in a 1-on-1 time (special time where your pup gets extra special love from our daycare aunties. This includes cuddles, training etc.) This service can be booked at dropoff or online.
